Having the Profit Mentor maintain a relationship with your company an ongoing basis can further enhance the Business Health Check and Change Management implementation.

This will ensure that the strategies and actions previously developed are implemented as agreed and completed, monitored and adjusted if necessary.

This ongoing relationship will take the form of regular follow-up visits for business mentoring/coaching.

These coaching sessions will have the Profit Mentor:

·         Meeting on a regular basis to discuss business issues, opportunities and (business) hygiene.

·         Monitoring the progress and appropriateness of the previously agreed strategies within agreed timelines., The setting (establishment) and resetting (growth management)  of business / staff goals as key mile stones are achieved.

·         Attending monthly management meetings to share and foster ideas with your staff that will assist in monitoring and developing their progress from a commercial perspective.

·         Engaging in regular training programs with staff to enhance personal development In line with company objectives
